You will become an expert in our software and support dental practices with all inquiries — in particular regarding external billing and ZMV-related matters.
You will guide practices through the entire onboarding process: from the initial introduction and hands-on, practice-relevant training to confident everyday use.
You will actively coach practice teams, strengthen their digital skills, and help them optimize processes for greater efficiency.
You will analyze technical and procedural challenges, document them, and communicate findings clearly, structurally, and understandably.
You will systematically collect user feedback and translate it into concrete improvement requests for our product team.
Requirements
You have at least two years of experience working in a dental practice — ideally as a ZMV or ZFA with solid billing experience.
You are familiar with day-to-day practice workflows and possess confident knowledge of billing under BEMA and GOZ.
You are tech-savvy, learn digital tools quickly, and enjoy guiding, coaching, and supporting others in their development.
You communicate fluently in German (C2) and have basic proficiency in English (A2), and you always act in a solution
and service-oriented manner.
You are willing to travel nationwide (maximum 5 days per month) to provide on-site support to practices and colleagues.
