HUB.KI is the latest spin-off of the JAAI Group — a sovereign AI platform where companies create, share, and productively deploy AI assistants, digital employees, and automated workflows.
You are the central interface between our customers and our development team.
Customer support: You are the primary point of contact for our existing customers, build trusting relationships, and ensure high satisfaction and productive use of the platform.
Account development: You strategically grow existing customers — identify new use cases, spot expansion opportunities, and guide customers from pilot phase to company-wide rollout.
Workshops & enablement: You run workshops, training sessions, and demos for customers — both remotely and on-site.
Agent implementation: You implement concrete AI agents and workflows on the platform together with customers.
Integrations & interfaces: You connect third-party systems and ensure AI agents are seamlessly embedded into the existing IT landscape.
Deployment & operations: You carry out deployments for customers — from cloud instances to on-premises installations.
Requirements management & product strategy: You understand our customers’ processes and pain points and use these insights to drive our product strategy.
New business development: You acquire new enterprise customers for HUB.KI and guide them through discovery, the pilot phase, and onboarding.

You hold a strong Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
You have experience or interest in managing and developing B2B customer relationships — ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
You have a solid understanding of current AI technologies, particularly LLMs and AI agents, and can convincingly communicate their capabilities — from functional teams to C-level.
You have good programming skills and can implement features and agents yourself.
You think in customer processes, not in features — and can formulate requirements so a development team can work with them.
You actively use AI in your own daily work — for research, communication, and automation.
Ideally, you have experience or interest in technologies for deploying and operating software systems, such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and hosting LLMs.
You are part of a young team and want to take real ownership and help shape a product.
You have excellent German language skills.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and recognize risks early.
Through your motivation and self-discipline you achieve high quality standards, deliver results on time, and motivate other team members.
You use modern tools, including AI, to work more efficiently.
