Role Overview
- Scale engineering and delivery teams from ~50 to 100+ during growth
- Build leadership structure including tech leads and delivery managers
- Establish and optimize delivery processes and QA frameworks
- Join client calls as technical representative and provide architectural guidance
- Drive technical vision and support integration with acquired company’s technology stack
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in delivery and operational leadership roles
- Strong technical foundation across architecture, engineering, and delivery
- Experience in scaling engineering organizations in outsourcing or software development environments
- Commercial awareness to support sales conversations without selling
- Strong operational mindset with implementation experience of processes and KPIs
