Operational management of influencer campaigns – from research and creator selection through to go-live
Hands-on management and execution of UGC projects, including briefings, feedback cycles, and final deliverables
Team leadership in day-to-day operations: coaching, support with project work, prioritization & resource planning
Ensure quality & performance: monitor relevant KPIs, optimize operational processes, and continuously improve our workflows
Build and maintain close creator relationships – including contract coordination, scheduling, and coordinated communication
Ensure contractual and content compliance: practical, straightforward contract processing and GDPR-compliant working practices

Several years of experience in influencer and/or creator marketing (agency or in-house)
Initial leadership experience – e.g., as a Senior, Lead, project owner, or mentor
Strong platform and tool knowledge, especially for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication and negotiation skills and clarity in dealings with creators and partners
Excellent German skills (at least C2) and negotiation-level English, both written and spoken
Creative sensibility for content, trends and the needs of digital communities
