Support the implementation of Salesforce strategies and roadmaps
Contribute to project management (e.g., planning, status updates, milestone tracking)
Analyze and model business processes (e.g., using BPMN)
Facilitate and moderate client workshops (e.g., using Design Thinking or the Six Thinking Hats method)
Support requirements management through interviews and documentation
Prepare functional concepts and high-level solution designs
Work in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe), including backlog maintenance and sprint planning
Document and implement change and communication measures

Completed degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Initial experience in project environments or through internships is a plus
Interest in Salesforce technologies and agile methodologies
Analytical thinking and a structured working style
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Ability to work independently and strong customer orientation
Willingness to pursue further training and certifications (e.g., PSPO, PMP, Trailhead)
Very good written and spoken German and English
