About this role

Manage a portfolio of up to 120 clients, ensuring organization, timely follow-up, and adherence to deadlines;
Provide daily support via WhatsApp, communicating clearly, promptly, and in accordance with established processes;
Lead onboarding and closing meetings, aligning expectations and evaluating results;
Develop and monitor personalized action plans over a 6-month period;
Record and keep client information up to date in the system;
Monitor individual performance indicators and act to correct deviations;
Provide occasional support in creating social media content;
Participate in events, masterclasses, and institutional initiatives.
