Assist in budget data collection, tracking, and analysis, supporting the EMEA regional budget summary.
Support receivables management, including payment tracking and monitoring.
Assist in cash flow data management for European projects, ensuring financial data is cleaned, organized, and verified.
Support BOM (Bill of Materials) sorting and standardization projects for the European region.
Assist in project financial management, tracking the progress of European projects and supporting regional business partners (BPs) in payment collection and sales forecasting.
Conduct invoice compliance checks for European operations.
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance and statistics (mandatory)
Fluent in Chinese and English (both spoken and written). Chinese is mandatory.
Strong analytical abilities and sensitivity to data
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly, works well under pressure
