Develop and execute strategies to acquire major ecommerce accounts in your region (priority: Germany, UK, France, Poland).
Leverage existing network with top-tier ecommerce brands, 3PLs, marketplace operators, and fulfillment providers.
Initiate C-level engagements and build trusted long-term partnerships.
Understand and analyze ecommerce operational processes, including: high-speed picking & sorting returns handling peak-season scalability throughput and storage density requirements.
Position Hai Robotics’ ACR solutions (HAPICK, HAIQ, HPS series, etc.) to address customer pain points.
Lead solution design discussions together with internal solution architects.
Develop strong BD pipelines in key ecommerce clusters across Europe.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Build multi-stakeholder alignment including customer, integrator, and internal teams.
Work closely with marketing, solutions, and product teams to align on messaging and customer insights.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product localization or feature enhancements.
Represent Hai Robotics at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and customer site visits across Europe.
Elevate Hai Robotics’ brand among ecommerce leaders and technology influencers.
Requirements
Strong ecommerce industry network
Existing relationships with major ecommerce players in Germany / UK / France / Poland (e.g., marketplace operators, large online retailers, 3PLs supporting ecommerce).
Technical understanding of ecommerce scenarios
Familiar with ecommerce warehouse processes, automation technologies, and operational KPIs (UPH, replenishment, cut-off times, SLAs).
High drive and ambition
Strong personal motivation to scale business rapidly, overcome challenges, and break through career bottlenecks.
Demonstrated track record of aggressive sales growth or new market development.
Strong conviction that robotics (especially ACR/AMR-based systems) will reshape future warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Experience in automation, robotics, material handling, or large-scale fulfillment operations.
Experience working with integrators and large project sales cycles.
Multilingual (English required; German/French/Polish a plus).
