About this role
Role Overview
Support managers in the sales process
Prospect sales leads according to specific services categories, geographies and industries
Reach out to interested customers through e-mail, LinkedIn, videocalls and telephone
Build relationships with interested customers
Qualify leads
Set appointments for senior managers to follow up
Create opportunities and quotations in our CRM
Maintain CRM with pricing and customer information
Produce reports for senior management regarding interactions with leads and customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
High level or native speaker of Spanish and English
Excellent communication skills
IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
A professional and courteous disposition
Excellent organizational and administration skills
Familiarity with the Translation industry or the services industry in general (advantageous)
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM (advantageous)
Previous experience in a sales role (advantageous)
German native speaker (advantageous)
