Provide first line support for laboratory information systems and diagnostic applications.
Resolve application issues in accordance with established change management practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve break fix incidents following defined standard operating procedures.
Monitor system performance across databases, interfaces, and connected applications.
Resolve technical issues related to instrument connectivity and interface performance.
Support ancillary laboratory systems including label printing, scanning, and external application access such as MYLA and VITEK.
Ensure stable communication between laboratory instruments and core applications.
Gather examples of recurring application issues and identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
Translate operational needs into clearly defined business requirements for system enhancements.
Create, maintain, and update technical and operational documentation.
Work closely with laboratory operations and technical teams to ensure rapid issue resolution.

Experience supporting Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or diagnostic applications
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Understanding of databases, interfaces, and application support processes
Experience working within structured SOP and change management environments
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience with instrument connectivity in laboratory environments
Familiarity with ancillary systems such as label printing, scanning solutions, MYLA, or VITEK
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated laboratory environments
