You identify leasing opportunities and develop marketing strategies
You conduct thorough market analysis to gain informed insights into current trends and future developments
You prepare offers, conduct contract negotiations, and finalize agreements
You coordinate property viewings and execute marketing activities
You monitor the rental process from initial inquiry to contract signing
You actively build and maintain relationships with relevant partners, clients, and other stakeholders to create a strong network
You are flexible and willing to travel, as you will cover the Munich and Nuremberg regions (up to once a week)

A passion for real estate and for working with people
Professional experience in leasing or property management
Ability to empathize with customers (tenants and owners)
Self‑initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team
The willingness to think creatively and challenge the status quo
