Responsible for new and modified fiber (Including Fusion Splicing), copper and Wi-Fi, and connections on the casino floor and other Enterprise properties.
Responsible for project management of slot machine moves and new installations related to current data and fiber configuration.
Works with slot vendors on current and new slot bank installation.
Works with Information Technology Infrastructure team on design and troubleshooting of the network.
Oversees and recommends DAS System maintenance, system expansion/design, and implementation.
Collaborates with Unified Communications Manager to investigate and resolve service issues with the Cisco Call Manager.
Coordinates, plans, and installs all aspects of needed communication equipment/connections for Team Member AMC.
Assists Production Manager with communication equipment and/or connections needed for special events including concerts, VIP venues, and sporting events.
Ensures PBX inventory meets growth needs of Enterprise properties.
Obtains bids from vendors for work needed to support PBX and voicemail systems.
Collaborates on data center design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Documents exceptions to standard wiring paths.
Responsible for overall performance of two-way radio system FCC radio system.
Attends meetings on projects to coordinate work and completion.
In charge of hardware Inventory to support all aspects of Enterprise telecom needs.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Five years of equivalent work experience with cable installation, call manager administration, programming, and implementing ACD queues.
I&M Certification for Cisco Call Manager and Unity.
RCDD certification preferred.
Must have a valid CA driver’s license.
Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7 work environment.
Work experience in a 24/7 operational environment.
Experience with rack and cabinet installation for PBX and related communication systems preferred.
Intermediate computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and internet.
Hotel/Motel Property Management System knowledge.
Call accounting system knowledge preferred.
Distributed Antenna System design knowledge preferred.
Two-Way radio system knowledge preferred.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
