Attend Owner Architect and Contract meetings on site
Observe construction and provide direction to follow design intent and institution construction standards
Requirements
Maintain a Registered Architect License in Texas. Prefer licensure in both Texas and Oklahoma
Excel in designing spaces that foster learning, collaboration, and safety while considering budgetary restraints
Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail
Effective communication skills to allow for seamless collaboration with education, administrators, and consulting teams
Proficient in Revit Architecture, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Word & Excel, and Bluebeam. Prefer experience with Miro Board, SketchUp, OneNote, and Enscape.
