About this role
Role Overview
Contribute to the product roadmap by gathering and synthesizing input from customers, stakeholders, and data.
Document clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with senior team members.
Conduct competitive research and user interviews to surface insights that inform product decisions.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to support timely and high-quality product delivery.
Act as a reliable liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Prepare and present clear product updates to internal stakeholders and team leads.
Participate actively in agile development ceremonies including refinement, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Track product performance post-launch and assist in identifying areas for improvement based on user feedback and metrics.
Support the team in managing scope and trade-offs with guidance from senior leadership.
Apply artificial intelligence to expedite development execution and requirements writing in a responsible manner and aligned with company guidelines.
Develop a working understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance considerations as they apply to product features.
Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure new features meet applicable standards.
Requirements
2-3 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, financial services, or a technology-driven environment.
Basic familiarity with investing or wealth management concepts such as account types, portfolios, or advisory services.
Exposure to agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to synthesize information and present it clearly.
Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a structured and supportive environment.
Experience contributing to a consumer-facing digital product from discovery through launch.
Comfort working with data and metrics to support product decisions; basic SQL or BI tool familiarity is a plus.
Exposure to regulated industries or compliance-sensitive product development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
