About this role
Role Overview
Define and evolve the strategy for the Crédito do Trabalhador product, ensuring alignment with business objectives, financial drivers, budget and customer needs throughout the journey;
Maximize the product's value generation by balancing scale, risk and profitability;
Own the product's strategic backlog, translating strategy into a structured and prioritized backlog that focuses on the highest-impact levers and avoids dispersion into tactical or low-value requests;
Lead Product Managers, working closely on prioritization, decision-making and strategic direction of squads, ensuring consistency between vision and execution;
Build, communicate and sustain the product vision, connecting long-term strategy with incremental deliveries and regulatory requirements;
Drive the full product development cycle, from discovery (identifying problems and opportunities) through delivery and continuous evolution based on learning;
Ensure decisions are data-driven by structuring analyses, hypotheses and clear prioritization criteria;
Work collaboratively with areas such as Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Business to ensure alignment and smooth delivery;
Identify bottlenecks, dependencies and friction points along the value chain, and act proactively to unblock and accelerate deliveries;
Take a clear stance on priority conflicts, risks and critical decisions, ensuring initiatives advance even in complex scenarios;
Ensure the product complies with regulatory requirements and can rapidly adapt strategy and roadmap in response to external changes;
Lead product evolution initiatives across channels (branch, mobile app and self-service), ensuring consistent experience and performance.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Group Product Manager, working with medium-to-high complexity products
Solid track record in people management, particularly leading Product Managers and cross-functional squads
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data-driven decision making
Experience defining, monitoring and evolving product KPIs
Experience driving the full product lifecycle (discovery, delivery and continuous improvement)
Ability to structure problems, prioritize requests and guide solutions in an objective manner
Experience identifying and addressing bottlenecks, dependencies and risks
Experience in fast-paced environments with frequent context and priority changes
Experience in regulated environments or those strongly influenced by external rules
Strong communication and influencing skills, able to navigate between technical and business stakeholders.
