About this role
Role Overview
You'll serve as both an Organic Social Media Manager and a hands-on content creator
Owning organic social execution across multiple client accounts
Leading native content capture for a Phoenix-based client that requires in-market, on-site social content
Creating platform-native short-form content featuring builders, real estate agents, new homebuyers, and leadership
Managing content calendars, writing and publishing posts
Ensuring consistent, on-brand execution across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Maintaining strong alignment with client goals and campaign priorities
Monitoring performance, surfacing insights, and optimizing content strategy
Supporting local creator sourcing, UGC identification, and lightweight influencer coordination
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation
Strong short-form video skills (filming, editing, and producing TikToks/Reels)
Proficiency with mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.)
Ability to create authentic, native content with minimal production support
Deep understanding of mainstream and emerging social media platforms
Strong knowledge of platform best practices, formats, and algorithm-driven content behaviors
Ability to adapt tone, messaging, and creative approach across diverse brands and industries
Excellent social copywriting skills with a strong sense of voice and audience nuance
Experience with lightweight creative tools (Canva, CapCut, Edits, etc.)
Strong eye for engaging, native, and culturally relevant content
Comfort with social analytics, reporting tools, and performance interpretation
Ability to translate data into actionable content and optimization recommendations
Detail-oriented with a test-and-learn mindset
Professional and confident in on-site, client-facing settings
Strong interpersonal skills when working with executives and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage feedback, revisions, and shifting priorities professionally
Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns (Bonus)
Familiarity with social listening tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.) (Bonus)
Knowledge of project management and work collaboration tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) (Bonus)
