Role Overview
Source and recruit creators aligned with brand positioning and funnel goals
Manage product seeding and creator communication
Track creator posting timelines and compliance
Monitor performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
Assist in building creator shortlists based on campaign objectives
Contribute to creative briefs and hook development
Identify content trends and performance patterns
Track asset-level performance and recommend iteration paths
Support creator tiering and scaling strategies
Assist in show prep and run-of-show development
Coordinate with hosts and moderators
Monitor live KPIs and engagement metrics
Contribute to post-live performance recaps and optimization recommendations
Maintain tracking dashboards and reporting systems
Analyze creative and affiliate performance trends
Identify scaling opportunities
Contribute insights for internal and client discussions
Requirements
1–3 years experience in social media, influencer marketing, paid media, or e-commerce
Deep familiarity with TikTok and short-form content ecosystems
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working inside spreadsheets and performance dashboards
Highly organized and deadline-oriented
Data-curious and performance-minded
Coachable and eager to grow
Thrives in fast-moving environments
Bonus if you have: TikTok Shop experience, Affiliate platform experience, Experience briefing creators, Exposure to paid social testing, Experience in wellness, beauty, CPG, or fashion verticals
