About this role
Role Overview
Create sales business plans
Set and manage sales goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle
Identify new sales opportunities
Build strong client relationships
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Provide customer support when needed
Provide professional after-sales support
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Prepare and present reports on KPIs
Requirements
Fluency in English
Successful track record in sales and achieving targets (ideally 3-4 years)
Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve goals
Natural ability to build rapport quickly, find new clients and develop strong relationships
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience
