Role Overview
- Manage tax for a multinational company
- Work closely with external tax service provider
- Oversee and review year-end income tax provision
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax provisions
- Prepare tax returns including federal and state tax returns
- Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries
- Negotiate fees with external tax service provider
- Assist with due diligence on acquisition targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related field
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience or currently working for multi-national corporate tax department
- Experience leading Tax function of a multinational company with revenue in excess of $100M
- Experience with sales and use tax determination and filing
- Strong USGAAP/ ASC 740 accounting background
- Strong technical research skills
