About this role
Role Overview
Create and manage automated onboarding journeys (emails, videos, tutorials, webinars)
Execute playbooks aligned to lifecycle stages (Onboarding, Adoption, Renewal & Expansion, Loyalty) with digital engagement
Continuously segment accounts based on ARR, risk level, and upsell potential
Monitor product usage and adoption to detect risk signals or identify upsell opportunities
Manage communication via predefined emails or other communication channels
Support automated renewal flows and identify expansion opportunities
Run NPS and CSAT campaigns, as well as other surveys
Maintain and promote self-service resources and customer communities
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in related roles
Proven track record working with automated onboarding journeys, renewal flows, follow-ups, and retention/loyalty initiatives
Degree in Computer Engineering, Communications, Information Technology, or related fields
Intermediate level of English
