About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for generating qualified pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and nurturing new business opportunities across the Latam market.
Focus on top-of-the-funnel activities, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong flow of opportunities.
Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to assess potential fit and readiness to engage with sales.
Book introductory meetings and discovery calls for the account executive team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead conversion strategies.
Track performance against KPIs including opportunity creation, outbound campaigns, and prospect engagement rates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles: BDR, SDR, Partner Sales, ideally in outbound prospection.
Hands-on experience with prospecting tools like Outreach, Apollo, Regie.ai is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (SFDC), is a strong plus.
Fluency in English – mandatory.
