BizzyCar is a B2B SaaS company transforming the automotive care experience for consumers, dealerships, and manufacturers. The Business Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel activities, identify and develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Research – Identify and research target accounts, developing customized outreach strategies
- Target Outreach – Engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels to build relationships and generate interest
- CRM & Automation – Utilize CRM tools and automation to enhance outreach efforts and manage pipeline activity efficiently
- Lead Conversion – Present BizzyCar’s solutions to prospects, identify their needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings with Account Executives
- Collaboration – Partner with the sales team, joining demos and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and handoffs
- Stay Informed – Keep up with BizzyCar’s products, new features, and market trends. Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to management
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing outreach and customer relationships
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required
