Role Overview
- Lead the overall digital and multichannel marketing strategy
- Define and drive the Group’s overall marketing strategy
- Design and manage acquisition campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and recommend business-focused optimizations
- Define and oversee the editorial/content strategy
- Implement clear, documented processes
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing
- At least 3 years in a similar leadership/responsible role
- Have led a full-funnel marketing strategy, from acquisition to conversion
- Managed significant advertising budgets
- Proficient with Meta Ads, Google Ads, sales funnels, email sequences, and CRM tools
- Experience in an environment generating several thousand leads per month
- Experience in high-end/luxury sectors or personal development is a plus
