Requirements
12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare consulting, with demonstrated leadership at the Director, Principal, or equivalent level
Proven experience leading large, complex consulting engagements and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong background in strategy, operations, and performance improvement within healthcare organizations
A trusted client partner who anticipates needs and delivers tailored solutions, engaging, guiding, and inspiring healthcare leaders to achieve meaningful change
