Requirements
- Senior marketing leadership experience in D2C or ecommerce
- Experience scaling brands at $25M+ revenue
- Strong commercial thinking across CAC, LTV and growth
- Comfortable leading teams and agencies
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, lean environments
- Confidence working closely with founders and making calls
