- Own a multi-million dollar growth engine
- Lead strategy, creative testing, and channel mix across paid media with full accountability for performance and scale
- End-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels
- Multi-million dollar budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and growth
- Agency + in-house execution model
- Creative testing and experimentation frameworks
- Attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in D2C or high-growth environments
- Proven experience managing and scaling large budgets
- Strong commercial mindset (CAC, LTV, contribution margin)
- Deep hands-on knowledge across key paid platforms
- Experience managing agencies and/or building internal teams
- Ability to balance speed, experimentation, and structure
