Role Overview
Ensure complete documentation of projects, including data sources, tag maps, filters, and tools used;
Translate analysis plans into detailed reports by performing data cleaning and organization, identifying patterns and actionable trends, and conducting market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions;
Use analytical tools and techniques to solve communication challenges and present findings clearly and accessibly to clients;
Evaluate and test new tools to ensure they meet client needs, proposing improvements without compromising existing processes;
Configure data visualizations in dashboards, reports, or simple extracts, ensuring understanding across diverse audiences.
Requirements
Knowledge of digital analytics tools, primarily Google Analytics;
Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data (e.g., social media data and performance campaign data);
Experience configuring and analyzing data from listening tools such as Talkwalker and Stilingue;
