Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or direct sales with proven success
Clear and professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
Able to work independently in a fully remote role
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
Resilient under pressure, able to handle rejection calmly and professionally
Own laptop/desktop and consistent internet connectivity (fibre or Wi‑Fi) with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps
