Design MCC’s visual-first content system across images, illustrations, GIFs, short videos, motion assets, and audio-supported visuals.
Create visual communication materials that makes key health skills easier to understand, remember, and practice.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Content Design, and program teams to ensure assets fit seamlessly into MCC journeys and drive retention.
Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints and ensure adherence to established brand and design guidelines.
Create assets that are scalable, reusable, and adaptable across modules, campaigns, and training tools.
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, production, localization, and iteration
while maintaining high creative quality and medical accuracy.
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in visual design, creative design, motion design, or communication design for digital platforms.
Strong visual storytelling skills
able to simplify complex health guidance into clear, engaging visuals.
Comfort working across formats like static visuals, GIFs, short videos, and lightweight motion.
Experience designing for low-literacy, health, social impact, or caregiving contexts is highly preferred.
Confidence using AI-powered creative tools to improve speed, quality, and scale of content creation.
Proactively engage with users to test the usability and relevance of visual designs, leveraging a deep curiosity for human behavior to transform design concepts into relatable, and user-centric content.
