Proactively identify and research new customer and new project opportunities
Organize and participate in discovery meetings with clients in order to identify revenue opportunities, make recommendations, and determine next steps
Develops a business plan for each account
Prepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of client business needs and offer the appropriate business solutions that help each achieve their strategic business goals
Recommend to clients additional solutions and services the company provides
Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with a more experienced sales representative
Partners with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables within a timely manner
Provide extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process
Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work
1 or more years of relevant work experience, or completion of a Sales Associate Development Program or similar
Strategic or enterprise sales experience preferred within the banking, healthcare, insurance, utilities services, mortgages, investments and financial sectors
An exceptional level of business acumen, motivation, competitiveness, customer-driven focus, time management, and multitasking
Able to compile, analyze, and interpret results of data gathering
Strong interpersonal skills; requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
Desire to be a continuous learner of RRD’s products & services
Able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills
Salesforce.com knowledge and usage preferred
