Telephone and digital outreach to HCPs (healthcare professionals) — especially general practitioners and orthopedists, medical care centers (MVZs), and potentially other specialties — from initial contact through to the closing call
Deliver online trainings, presentations and informational meetings about our products (focus: DiGA — digital health applications)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs and their teams
Ownership of assigned practices across the entire sales funnel — from initial contact to successful integration of our digital therapies into everyday practice
Independently determine and implement necessary measures to achieve targets
Conduct initial outreach and schedule appointments for the field service team
Make follow-up calls after field service visits
Support the field service team with organizational tasks
Systematic and complete documentation of all sales activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Close coordination with the Head of Sales as well as with inside and field sales colleagues, and participation in sales meetings
Provide continuous feedback to internal teams (product, marketing) to optimize processes and content
Requirements
Prior professional experience in inside sales, ideally in healthcare (pharma, MedTech, e-health, DiGA)
Motivated career changers with a strong affinity for sales are also welcome
Empathetic and professional manner when interacting with HCPs
High self-motivation, persistence and resilience
Strong affinity for telephone-based sales and proactive outreach
Willingness to make a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
Independent and structured working style
Confident use of digital tools (especially CRM systems such as Pipedrive)
Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
Experience with digital health applications (DiGA) desirable
Basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks in healthcare desirable
Basic technical understanding of digital products desirable
