Role Overview
Develop and manage strategic national accounts in the Canadian market
Drive sales development initiatives
Ensure exceptional service delivery and revenue growth
Forecast sales pipeline activity and provide reporting on account status
Collaborate with internal teams for account onboarding
Participate in sales development activities and monitor market trends
Requirements
8+ years of experience in national or enterprise account management
Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts
Strong understanding of sales development processes
Advanced proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex customer requirements
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Expertise in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis
Fluency in English; French proficiency is a strong asset
