Monitoring changes to the Canadian tariff and duty rates
Maintaining electronic recordkeeping of documentation and data for customs entries and amendments (B3 & B2)
Extracting and analyzing trade data from CARM, customs brokers, and internal software to perform internal compliance audits, resolve identified issues, and perform corrective actions
Performing CUSMA and other free trade qualification analysis
Assisting in all projects relative to CBSA requests & audits
Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or supply chain operations
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; professional certification in supply chain preferred
Specialized certification in trade compliance (e.g., customs compliance, international trade regulations)
Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Canadian and Mexican customs regulations
