You act as the central point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters across the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring to offboarding
You provide proactive advice on employment law, payroll tax, and social security matters, ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations
You work closely with the works council and apply sound knowledge of works constitution law in daily practice
You support the leadership and development of the local HR team
You actively drive the introduction and optimization of modern HR systems and digital tools at the site and support the implementation of new technologies
You analyze existing HR structures and identify opportunities for improvement to further develop HR services
You manage communication with external partners such as social security institutions and authorities, as well as internal interfaces like Finance/Accounting
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training and several years of experience in human resources/HR
Very good knowledge of current employment, payroll tax, and social security law, and good experience working with company/works agreements
Experience in logistics or a manufacturing environment is a plus
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and resilience
High problem-solving capability
Excellent German and English skills
Enthusiasm for and interest in digital HR transformation
