You are responsible for all activities on site, ensuring continuous business growth and long-term relationships with our customer
Promote the development and implementation of all activities at the location
Lead initiatives to effectively meet or exceed requirements, and customer expectations
Manage a large team of +400 FTEs (there is already expected further growth in number)
You create annual site plans, interim reports, and reports directly to management
You prepare the entity's budget and manage P&L

You have a wide logistics background, preferably in automated logistics, distribution centres, warehouse, or stockroom
You possess solid experience in managing large logistics operations
You can lead change processes to increase performance, productivity, and flexibility
You are great in communication, self-driven, resilient and able to thrive in a challenging environment
You like to work in a diverse and international environment, and you get the best out of people
You know how to ensure the balance between interests of the company, customer, and our people
You speak both German and English at fluent level
