About this role
Role Overview
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Manage Entra ID, Intune, and cloud services
- Maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services)
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve IT processes
- Solve real problems — not just follow playbooks
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Experience with Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Server administration
- Background in IT support or IT operations (not just end-user level)
- Fluent German (C1) + good English
