Manage your own portfolio of partners (a mix of newly launched and established banks) and drive them to the next level: develop innovative digital journeys, promote the offering in branches through strong engagement and communication, and negotiate with counterparts ranging from branch directors to CMOs.
Grow your portfolio by signing new players in a given segment (e.g., B2B online banks) and manage the full sales lifecycle: market research, prospecting, initial meetings, negotiation, project management, and launch.
Coordinate internal teams (Operations, Product, CRM, Data, etc.) to ensure service quality, meet partners’ needs, and develop new initiatives.
Engage with the banking and fintech ecosystem through networking and competitive intelligence to strengthen market awareness and expertise.
Sales: Achieve double-digit growth targets for your portfolio by upselling existing partners and closing new ones.
Relationships: Manage and develop daily relationships with key counterparts to better understand their context and needs, gather valuable insights, and adapt your proposals accordingly.
Analytical: Conduct ad-hoc analyses, create tailored reporting, prepare business cases to support sales pitches, monitor partner performance, and identify levers for improvement.
Commitment: Be proactive in identifying new opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support colleagues to deliver value across the team.
Requirements
Master’s degree from a top business school
First professional experience in Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Consulting, or a similar environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and engage key stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to structure topics and turn insights into action
Proactive and ownership-driven, comfortable taking initiative and driving projects forward
Fully fluent in French, both spoken and written
