About this role
Role Overview
Apply your expertise in talent management to drive execution and continuous development of our annual talent cycle
Partner closely with People Business Partners and leaders across the organisation to build a strong, future‑ready talent pipeline
Create communication and training materials that build stakeholder capability
Ensure our frameworks and Workday infrastructure support high‑quality calibration and succession processes
Support adoption and implementation of our organisational performance framework – a framework with key organisational performance culture metrics
Use organisational performance data to identify insights into actionable improvement initiatives
Drive analysis of global talent data to identify risks, succession strength, and organisational capability needs
Drive adoption and implementation of global projects and processes incl. the talent annual cycle and organisational performance framework
Develop and deliver global solutions based on business feedback and insights
Partner with PBPs and leaders to ensure high‑quality data, processes, and follow‑through
Requirements
Master’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in global talent management from a multinational environment
Strong understanding of talent and succession methods (9‑box, readiness definitions, development interventions)
Proven ability to design and implement global frameworks and processes
Skilled in capability assessment, succession planning, and development planning
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in talent data interpretation
Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)
Relevant assessment certifications (e.g., Deeper Signals) are an advantage
Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive global priorities
Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Fluent in English
