You will be responsible for leading experimentation initiatives and evolving the user journey, with direct impact on business metrics.
Act strategically, influencing the squad roadmap and leading ambiguous projects, raising the quality of design solutions to maximize conversion, activation and retention.
Work in a collaborative environment, supported by a multidisciplinary tribe focused on growth and by a structured, continuously evolving design chapter.
Lead the design of experiments (A/B tests, Wizard of Oz, Fake door, MVPs), ensuring quality and speed in execution.
Translate business opportunities into testable hypotheses, connecting user behavior to impact on metrics.
Work end-to-end: discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation and analysis of results.
Influence the squad roadmap by prioritizing initiatives that maximize impact on conversion, activation and retention.
Ensure consistency and quality of the experience, even in high-velocity contexts.
Requirements
Proven experience in Product Design or Growth Design.
Hands-on experience with experimentation and defining hypotheses and metrics.
Ability to work with data, funnels, conversion and user behavior.
Experience with lean discovery and continuous validation.
Clear communication and the ability to influence decisions in multidisciplinary teams.
Previous experience on Growth or Experimentation teams is a plus.
Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
Experience with onboarding, conversion or monetization is a plus.
Knowledge of behavioral design or conversion triggers is a plus.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA, Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus.
