work in an XML-based Content Management System with version control
craft clear and user-friendly copy for digital interfaces
ensure all content is accurate and adheres to guidelines
conduct technical research and collaborate with engineers to gather information
collaborate on projects involving automated content production and process optimization

ability to write British English content to a very high standard
ability to write technical/automotive information in a user-friendly way
experience of planning workload across multiple projects
interest in or experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation in content creation
driver's license (B)
knowledge of basic HTML/XML is meritorious
software development and/or software-based products experience is meritorious
experience in content writing, UX writing, product writing, or similar roles is meritorious
programming, natural language processing, and machine learning is meritorious
