Executing administrative tasks that support the technical service organization by effectively using company systems and processes
Prepare time & material (T&M) quotations for non-contract customers with input from the Service Operations team
Collect purchase orders and invoice service contracts according to forecast plans to meet financial goals
Invoice service sales in LOTS (T&M and service contracts)
Manage monthly service revenue reconciliation and accruals
Maintain service contract records and data quality in ServiceMax, SFDC, LOTS, and SAP (future)
Monitor execution of service jobs by tracking and processing Cases and Work Orders
Communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Support country/car inventory checks, counts, and local stock management
Requirements
Min bachelor’s degree in science, business or equal by experience
Demonstrates the ability to develop or to adapt his/her solution selling skills
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and listening skills
Result driven & action oriented
Exhibit good organization skills
Language skills in line with regional responsibility + English (mandatory requirement), German is a plus
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other systems such as LOTS/SAP, ServiceMax & SFDC
Particularly experience in direct medical device selling or contract selling, as well as experience within a Technical Service organization will be considered a strong plus.
