Regional Director, Regional Medical Liaisons

Role Overview

• Oversee daily activities of the Field Medical Team
• Support the Executive Director of the Field Medical Team
• Develop regional and national strategies for Targeted Accounts
• Ensure team establishes scientifically credible relationships with healthcare providers
• Identify continuous process improvement opportunities
• Support Medical Affairs budget planning and management
• Train and direct the RML team on goals and objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other departments

Requirements

• PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred
• 6+ years of experience or MS level degree with 8+ years of experience
• Success within another biotech/pharmaceutical company
• Management experience
• Professional knowledge in malignant hematology and solid tumor
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate others
• Understanding of Health Economics and Product Access through Payers preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficiency in software like Word, Project, PowerPoint, Excel
