Scheduling of conference calls, video conferences and other meetings via Teams as needed.
Review, track, and communicate calendar events on a regular basis with attorney(s) and/or forensic vendors.
Requirements
High School diploma required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Computer skills preferred; administrative and scheduling experience preferred.
3-5 years cyber administrative experience preferred.
3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast-paced work environment.
