Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
2-3 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role
Experience working with another promotional company is highly desired
Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal
Experience with company webstores such as Order My Gear, Chipply, and eBlox
Experience in quoting apparel with various decorating techniques such as embroidery, screen print, DTG, and DTF
Experience creating UPS and FedEx labels for international orders
Experience with iPROMOTEu iSuite system is a plus
