Role Overview
- Overseeing and optimizing daily operations to support our field force
- Lead capacity planning for operations partners
- Oversee and manage operations work queues
- Maintain the operations training curriculum
- Partner with platform owners on operational support
- Design, implement, and manage operational workflows
- Perform quarterly billing reviews & reconciliation
- Own and produce operations monthly newsletter
- Lead and/or collaborate on department projects
- Perform comprehensive tracking and data analytics
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in broker-dealer operations
- Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technological aptitude
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple processes or projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66) preferred
