About this role
Role Overview
Work as an overlay Sales Support/Sales Administrator for the Central (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe) Region Commercial team.
Support the team in daily tasks and work with corresponding teams like renewal team and channel
Ensure quotes and other tasks are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Understand end-to-end processes across the deal registration flow process including roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams to quickly resolve issues.
Update CRM (Salesforce.com) with conversations and other pertinent information.
Effectively communicate with Sophos partners and distributors using phone and our Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach.io).
Work within the wider Commercial team to implement scalable programs and process improvements to drive efficiency of internal processes and improve customer experience.
Regularly interact with internal Teams
Data management in our CRM system (Salesforce)
Participation at internal education and training programs
Requirements
Fluent in German & English verbal and written (minimum B2 Level)
Up to 2 years of total and relevant customer service experience or order processing experience
Experience engaging easily and using effective questioning and active listening to gather relevant information
Ability to make customers, partners, and their needs a primary focus and delivers an exceptional customer experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and using CRM systems(e.g. Salesforce)
Strong structured working method
Strong time management and organisational skills
Strong skills in flexibility, proactivity and self-motivation approach
