Role Overview
- Lead and manage regional account team
- Guide existing account maintenance to achieve commercial targets
- Ensure customer service process is done effectively
- Supervise the development and training of Customer Care Specialists and Key Account Managers
- Recruit and select personnel, and ensure training and goal setting
- Ensure growth of Cross Market Services opportunities
Requirements
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related fields
- 10 years of technical sales experience
- Create clear, effective and professional written communications and presentations
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Problem solving and decision-making skills required
- Experience with inbound lead generation
- Continually review sales processes to ensure they are efficient effective and accurate
