Role Overview
- Act as the main, day-to-day contact for clients
- Prepare Applications and other documents for submissions
- Perform Contract reviews for compliance
- Prepare Certificates of Insurance, Invoices, and Finance Agreements
- Process Endorsements, Audits
- Analyze and compare current exposures for marketing specifications
- Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and review quotes
- Monitor and manage the renewal marketing and bind process
- Check binders, policies, endorsements for accuracy
- Participate in the claims process, including claim submission and follow-up
- Maintain files in accordance with company policy
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client management
- Active P&C license
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and compare exposures
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn quickly
- Communication skills for both client and internal communication
- Insurance designation preferred but not required
- College degree preferred but not required
