Responsible for helping design and deliver a comprehensive internal communications strategy and programme of activity
Collate, consolidate and produce key reports across multiple stakeholders as contributors, for review and distribution
Support Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance through key portfolio governance and assurance activity
Responsible for engaging key stakeholders either directly through relationship building or influencing through a matrix of resources across the CIO
Identifying and delivering key stories and news from across GT TU UK
Strong utilisation of multiple technology platforms with specific focus on, but not limited, SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerPoint as well as generic intranet and email distribution tools
Design and evaluate key success metrics working alongside other business functions
Requirements
3-5 years relevant experience in Risk, Governance and Internal Communications
Strong background in internal communications and strategic planning
Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong data analysis skills with experience in pulling data from multiple sources and creating bespoke reports
Ability to prepare and present reports to senior leadership, including the CIO
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships directly as well as influencing successfully through the matrix
