Design and execute innovative rural marketing strategies, leveraging deep market insights to expand penetration in tier 2, tier 3, and rural markets.
Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high impact and cost efficiency across campaigns.

Requirements
12–25 years of progressive experience in marketing, with significant exposure to national-level campaign management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Strong expertise in ATL & BTL marketing strategies with a proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns at a national level.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including paid media, analytics tools, CRM platforms, and customer journey optimization.
Demonstrated success in rural and mass-market marketing, with the ability to tailor campaigns to diverse demographics and geographies.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with experience handling large, cross-functional teams.
